Return and refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

1. Defective or Damaged Products

   • If you receive a defective/damaged product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

   • Approved returns must be shipped back within 7–10 days of receiving the product.

2. Return Conditions

   • The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

   • Helmets and safety gear once used cannot be returned due to safety concerns.

3. Refunds

   • Refunds will be processed only after inspection of the returned product.

   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

   • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

   • Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear & tear, or returned without original packaging.
